These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the access and use of the mobile application and website (the "Platform") operated by U Pay Digi India Private Limited ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). The Platform provides Recharge, Bill Payments, and Travel Services including Flight and Train Ticket Bookings.

By downloading, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform.
• By using the Platform, you represent that you are legally competent to enter into a binding contract under Indian law.

2. Services Offered

The Platform facilitates:

• Mobile, DTH, and data card recharges
• Utility and bill payments
• Flight ticket booking
• Train ticket booking (subject to IRCTC rules)

The Company acts only as a facilitator between users and third-party service providers.

3. User Account

• Users may be required to create an account to access certain services.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any activity performed through your account shall be deemed to be authorized by you.

4. Payments

• All payments are processed through RBI/NPCI-authorized third-party payment gateways.
• The Company does not store debit card, credit card, or UPI PIN details.
• Prices, convenience fees, and taxes (if any) are displayed before confirmation of payment.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

• Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Company’s Refund & Cancellation Policy, available on the Platform.
• Travel bookings are subject to airline, IRCTC, and service provider rules.

6. User Obligations

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Not misuse the Platform for fraudulent or unlawful activities
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

7. Third-Party Services

• The Platform integrates third-party services including payment gateways, airlines, IRCTC, and billers.
• The Company is not responsible for service deficiencies caused by third-party providers.

8. Limitation of Liability

• The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by the user for the specific transaction.

9. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures.

10. Intellectual Property

• All content, trademarks, logos, and software on the Platform are the property of U Pay Digi India Private Limited.
• Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

11. Privacy

User data is collected and processed in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy.

12. Termination

The Company may suspend or terminate user access without prior notice in case of violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts at [City, State] shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
