following reasons: Non-delivery of the product: Due to an issue with the mail or courier service, you do
not receive a delivery e-mail from us. Depending on the price of the product,

submit proof that you have submitted a report to
the mail service or courier company describing the missing item; Download issues: You have problems that
prevent you from downloading the product.
https://.oneklick.co.in/ recommends that you contact
the
support team for your browser provider, as https://.oneklick.co.in/ ensures that our software can
be downloaded with all major browsers, and this problem usually arises from a customer’s issue with
either their browser, firewall, or network; Irreparable defects with the software: Although all the
products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. This reason should be
submitted to our Support Team for its approval of your refund request;
Product/Service not-as-described:
A request based on this reason is addressed on a case-by-case basis and subject to our approval. To
prevent this kind of claim from arising, every customer is encouraged to check free samples ( in the
form of video overviews, demo links, product/service samples, screen shots) of each type of the
product/service offered before making a purchase. Fees once paid, is not refundable in any other cases.
If closing Franchise, then Deposit will be refund within 45 days.
2. Submission of Client Documents:
Clients are required to submit documents along with the specified fee, as per the provided catalogue.
3. Confidentiality:
In the event of a breach of this confidentiality clause, the Franchisor shall be entitled to seek
injunctive relief, damages, or any other remedies available at law or in equity.
4. Business Name & Intellectual Property:
Retailer, Distributor, Master Distributor / Franchise is granted permission to conduct business under
the name 'One Klick Payment.'
Specifies the proper use of the franchisor's trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property.
Outlines any restrictions on modifications or additions to the brand.
5. Fee Structure:
Charges and fees for various services at 'One Klick Payment' will be provided.
The fee structure is subject to updates by Retailer, Distributor, Master Distributor / Franchisor from
time to time.
6. Brochure Provision:
The Franchisor shall provide the Retailer, Distributor, Master Distributor / Franchise with brochures.
7. Quality Assurance:
The Franchisor is responsible for maintaining the quality of services delivered at both the Retailer,
Distributor, Master Distributor / Franchise’s end and to customers.
8. Non-Usage of Company Name:
Retailer, Distributor, Master Distributor / Franchise is prohibited from using the company name after
leaving the franchise.
9. Termination for Deceptive Practices:
The company reserves the right to cancel/ terminate the Retailer/franchise if the Retailer//franchise
engages in deceptive practices. The company will not be held responsible for any fraudulent activities
by the Retailer/franchise.
Upon termination for Deceptive Practices, the Retailer, Distributor, Master Distributor / Franchise
shall cease using the Company's trademarks, proprietary information, and any association with the brand
immediately.
The Company shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or liabilities incurred by the Retailer,
Distributor, Master Distributor / Franchise as a result of the termination, and the Retailer,
Distributor, Master Distributor / Franchise shall not be entitled to any refund of fees or compensation.
The Company shall not be held responsible for any fraudulent activities, Deceptive Practices, or other
wrongful conduct undertaken by the Retailer, Distributor, Master Distributor / Franchise, and the
Retailer, Distributor, Master Distributor / Franchise shall indemnify and hold the Company harmless from
any claims arising from such activities.
10. Jurisdiction for Legal Matters: - In the event of any court case, it will be exclusively fought in Pune District Court.
11. Incentive Commission: -
The Retailer, Distributor, Master Distributor / Franchise shall be eligible for an incentive commission
based on the terms outlined in the attached "Incentive Commission Sheet”.
The terms and conditions of the incentive commission, including the calculation method, eligible sales
or performance metrics, and any additional criteria, are detailed in the Sheet attached.
The Company reserves the right to modify the incentive commission structure outlined in the Sheet with
written notice to the Retailer, Distributor, Master Distributor / Franchise. Any amendments shall become
effective on the date specified in the notice.
